Brand Data Specialist - Part Time (20 hours)

Mable is building a platform to make it easier for retail store owners to order products from their suppliers. We seek to eliminate the procurement inefficiencies that exist across multiple distributor & direct supplier platforms. With Mable, retailers can more easily discover emerging products and do all their ordering in one place, ultimately saving everyone more time so they can do what they love: making and selling.

Job Overview 
Mable is seeking a part-time addition to our customer success team to build brand profiles and manage their data on the marketplace. The successful candidate is an excellent communicator who is technically savvy, organized, and can think critically to solve problems. As the Brand Data Specialist, you’ll play a role in helping a small team achieve big things, including helping emerging brands succeed on Mable. There is potential for this position to grow into full-time.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build new profiles for brands. This involves entering data into our system and working with brands to ensure their products look great on Mable’s website
  • Respond promptly to a queue of brand page update tickets each day
  • Make edits to brand profiles and settings as requested
  • Communicate professionally with Mable brands
  • Take on ad hoc tasks from operations, sales, and marketing as requested
  • Document and share common support ticket themes

Job requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced data entry role
  • Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude are a must
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or similar
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • Ability to quickly navigate between support systems, CRMs, and back-end system
  • Can commit to working regularly scheduled hours, remotely
