Job description

Mable is seeking a Sales Associate to drive grocery store acquisition by adding new buyers to our marketplace. Sales Associates are responsible for executing inbound and outbound outreach to connect with, qualify and convert new grocery store buyers to our marketplace, driving new grocery store acquisition.


Successful Sales Associates are excited about introducing grocery buyers to high-velocity products that are a great fit for their store and that their customers will love. Determination, grit, empathy, and positivity are some of your strongest attributes.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage target prospects
  • Connect with qualified leads to educate and convert them to marketplace buyers
  • Become an expert on communicating Mable’s value proposition and product offering
  • Understand the competitive landscape to be able to effectively position our marketplace
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve direct store acquisition goals

Job requirements

  • 1+ years experience in inside sales, ideally in a fast scaling tech startup
  • Demonstrated ability to hit daily outreach targets and qualifying outbound prospects
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a consistent track record in achieving long-term goals
  • Embody a can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems
  • Consultative and thoughtful approach to educating and engaging with prospects
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
