We make it easier for store buyers to stock their products, for emerging food brands to grow their businesses, and for distributors to provide their customers with quick and easy ordering. We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Manager who embraces uncertainty, gets excited about understanding user problems, and drives toward building customer and business value. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering Mable’s mission by creating a product roadmap driven by customer needs and market fit. This role will work directly with the CEO of Mable. As such, we expect you to have strong communication skills and be able to express ideas well, both verbally and in writing. You’ll help us grow a kind, respectful, and collaborative culture by building each other up with our diversity of backgrounds, skills, and experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap designed to meet both customer and business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to build and shape new products and offerings
  • Leverage data and customer insights to prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases
  • Define success criteria, specify requirements, and untangle dependencies in partnership with Engineering and Design to deliver customer outcomes
  • Monitor the performance of features/products to measure the impact of our work and communicate impact and next steps clearly across the organization
  • Develop relationships with stores, brands, and distributors to understand current pain points and opportunities
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

    • Job requirements

    • Demonstrated success as a product manager with 5+ years of experience, 3+ in product management
    • Passion for building impactful customer experiences that also deliver business value
    • Strong time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to working with a team
    • Desire to drive outcomes over output
    • High attention to detail
    • Excitement about working at a startup and supporting small businesses
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable insights
    • Fluency with SQL a bonus
